‘Corleone’ has nothing to do with you,
how can something so obvious be so poorly construed,
where were you when you knew
we had so little time with so much left to do?

when will you ever fucking learn
i wish you the best, but as far as i’m concerned
we’re better off without a miraculous metaphor waiting to return.

This was written about our previous vocalist, he heard
the song ‘Corleone’ off of our split e.p and thought we
had written it about him (we hadn’t) so he wrote a song
about us in retaliation and this was our response to
that.
We didn’t want to drag out the argument so we kept the
song short and to the point, there’s no longer any bad
blood between him and the band and we wish him the very
best!
